STOBER helical gear units have an impressive design from a single mold, without any parting lines that can weaken them. This monoblock design is an absolute advantage in terms of rigidity and leak-proofness! And they score points for their appearance at the same time.
A characteristic feature of these gear units are the coaxial axes.
Due to the optimally designed helical toothing and the low-friction bearing, the efficiency of the helical gear units is very high.
The housing of our helical gear units is made of gray cast iron. The classic, proven mechanics allow these gear units to operate reliably even in harsh production environments and especially in continuous operation.
C series helical gear units are compact and available in a wide range of housing designs – with pitch circle diameter, a round or square flange, or even with foot – so they are ideal for a wide for a wide range of applications.
The helical gearing that is typical of STOBER and resulting exceptionally smooth operation are also remarkable.
C gear units are either available as directly attached, compact servo, Lean or asynchronous helical geared motors or they can be attached to all common synchronous servo motors by suitable adapters.
